An observation...

Sunday, October 14th 2007

First of all... thank you, J. You have drawn me into the world of bloggers. And because of this world you led me into, I have been gifted the opportunity to FINALLY see the world through another's eyes. Through this medium, I can walk a mile in another's shoes!

I've questioned people incessantly my entire life in an attempt to glimpse an insight, a wisdom, a piece of knowledge outside my observations... in other words... feel, live, or see outside my own experiences. This morning, I finally achieved that. How awesome is that?

This morning after reading my friend's blog, I followed some of the links to others' blogs, Rosie O'Donnell's included. As the page opens there is a picture at the top of the page, which I first thought to be amusing. It is, in many ways, her observation of "us".... I say "us", because how many of you, should we have the opportunity to meet Ms. O'Donnell in person, could resist the urge to pull out a camera and ask for some photos?

It is no wonder celebrities get such a distorted view of the world !!!! They aren't allowed to see "us"... we present them with images of metal "things" for faces. How frutstrating it must be for them for them to be denied our entire face as well as never seeing our eyes.
